We visited Anna for a birth preparation class and what an amazing decision this was! We have just welcomed our little girl Birdie in the most amazing birth possible, thanks to Anna who talked us through all options, techniques and especially loaded up my husband on his roles for the day. This was by far the most important thing we took away from our day with Anna! We entered birth with so much knowledge and information up our sleeves that we felt so prepared when we were asked questions from medical professionals and were able to avoid all interventions. My husband was such an unbelievable support during our 9 hour labour. We created was such a calm environment and not one pain medication was needed as he helped me to stay focused. All of our midwives were so impressed with Lynden's support techniques we learnt from Anna they said he should be holding husbands birth support classes! Anna we cannot thank you enough for helping us to be so prepared to bring our little Birdie into the world. - Tess & Lynden
