Booking Changes, Cancellations, Payment Options

If you need to change a booking date/time you can contact Anna to discuss if this is possible, availability of alternate dates, and have her process the change.

NOTE:
- Cancelling bookings to rebook: Please contact Anna to understand current course dates and availability and processing of refunds in the event of late cancellations and/or if you can not rebook in the future on a suitable date.

- If/when you do cancel and re-book, the refund payment for the original booking will need to be manually processed by Anna (and hence this will not occur immediately).

- Cancellations within 3 days of the course start date may not be possible...... please call Anna to discuss if and how this can be done.

Cancellations for all classes must be made at least 3 days prior to the session start date. Cancellations made later than this may not be eligible for a refund (depending upon your circumstances).

Cancellations for Group Hypnobirthing Weekend courses must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure the refund of any funds (Note: the deposit is always non-refundable).

Please contact Anna to discuss this and availability of any refunds, alternate dates and so on.

Any / all refunds are not processed automatically (Eg. in the case of a cancellation) and will (if paid out) be manually administered and processed by Anna.

Refunds are not generally available for cancellations within 3 days of any private session/course start date.
